Thank you for your enquiry about becoming a distributor of AOK Health Pty Ltd products. This distributor opportunity is open to individuals or businesses through-out the world. In order to best ascertain your experience and suitability in becoming a distributor, please complete the following application.

AOK Health Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application for whatever reason and the completion of this form and its receipt by AOK Health Pty Ltd does not infer any rights or obligations on either party to proceed with Distributorships.

Finalization of any distributorship relationship will only occur after further consultation with any candidate, examination of trade references, mutual acceptance of terms and conditions and signing of a formal Distribution Agreement, receipt of invoiced fees which will cover initial product supply, training materials, various on-line services and all required product support materials and accessories. No payment is required at this time.
