HIP

The hip joint's primary function is to support the weight of the body in both static (e.g. standing) and dynamic (e.g. walking or running) postures.

Use our products to help strengthen the Hip, in particular its ligaments and the muscles which produce flexion, extension, lateral rotation, medial rotation, abduction, and adduction.

Exercises which are beneficial to the Hip include:
  • Squat
  • Front squat
  • Inclined leg press
  • Leg extensions
  • Lying leg curls
  • Standing calf raises
  • Seated calf raises
  • Machine adductors
