NETBALL

Netball is now the pre-eminent women's team sport (both as a spectator and participant sport) in Australia and New Zealand and is popular in the West Indies, Sri Lanka, and the United Kingdom. Over 20 million people play netball in more than 70 countries.

Use our products to improve your Speed, Agility and Plyometric Strength.
Areas you can work on are:

FLEXIBILITY & POSTURE: Flexibility means having your muscles operating at the optimal length - short tight or long loose muscles promote poor performance and injury. Good posture means having your body in its best anatomical position to perform - automatically.

BALANCE & PROPRIOCEPTION: Being able to control your body through position/speed awareness means you will generate more power and speed. Keeping your body mass over your base of support is a great foundation for good movement.

CORE STRENGTH & STABILITY: A strong and intelligent trunk (or Core) means you can utilise the strength of your legs right through to your arms. mediBall exercises are a great way to train co-ordination and strength of the muscles of the Core.

AGILITY & QUICKNESS: It is important to develop multi-directional agility and acceleration. Explosive quickness is essential on a court environment. Look for ladders, witches hats and cones.

EYA HAND CO-ORDINATION & REACTION: A fast game that requires great reaction times and hand speed.

JUMPING & PLYOMETRICS: Rebounds and shooting require "air under your feet". The BOSU for example will help you here.
